Add your commentI suggest that any borrowings in connection with the broadband project be structured so that only broadband revenues and not electric service revenues be pledged for repayment of nthe broadband borrowings. That way only those who subscribe for broad band service will risk additional costs if broadband usage projection are not met. And services back and forth between broadband and electrical should be billed at cost by the provider.

Make sure money is spent on feasible, cost-effective things and not on "wish list" ideas. I would like to see emphasis on our school system to enable it to be competitive with other learning institutions in the county and all states in the future.
